    • Evaluation is required to initiate shockwave treatment

  • One Session (Focused and/or Radial): $150

  • 4 Sessions (Focused and/or Radial): $550

  • 6 Sessions (Focused and/or Radial): $800

Waiver form

  • Patients experience minimal discomfort during the short sessions.

  • No, this modality will be paid out-of-pocket by the patient.

  • The recommended amount of treatments is 4-6 sessions.
