When to expect an Invoice

As a courtesy, we will inform you if a co-payment or co-insurance is due at the time of your visit.

You may still receive an additional invoice from us that would reflect money due. This is generally due to your deductible. Please contact your insurance company directly to know if you have a deductible.

Additionally, please note, you may receive an invoice from Lands End Physical Therapy 3-6 months after your date of service with us. This reflects the timing period of billing your insurance companies.
